What does Rated PG (tame) mean?

• We partner with hotels and venues in Seattle that are all ages. Rated PG means that there are no G-strings or Pasties. Performers on stage are layered in costumes that are playful and suitable for a vast assortment of audience members.

No peeling or revealing, we just add a fun and vibrant energy to your night. Can the show be during the day?

• Our show is best in the evening. However, we can happily and effectively bring the party and joy of this event to any space at any time of day.

What does improv performance mean?

• Each performer that takes the stage is a seasoned improv dancer and artist. They do not know what song the singers are going to be singing. Once it starts, the magic happens!

Who Sings?

• The Audience! You are a part of the show. The audience can choose their songs from the vast song list, submit it to our incredible Karaoke Jockey (KJ), and a curated show is then formed.

Who hosts the show?

• BurlesKaraoke® is hosted by Producer/Curator Ruby Mimosa and KJ/DJ Baby Van Beezly. These two carry the show and guide the audience from song to song and performance to performance. All you need to bring are the happy people!
